SHIPPING POLICY
The estimated shipping time for each product is listed in the product's description.
Although most items are in stock and ready to ship, some may take up to 1-1 1/2 weeks after the purchase to be produced and shipped out to you due to the popularity of the item. The estimated shipping time for each product is listed in the product's description. Keep in mind that different sizes of the same item may have different shipping times due to some sizes having more stock than others.
Once you've ordered you will receive an order confirmation and once your item is ready to be shipped you'll receive a tracking number as well. Most orders should be delivered within 3-5 business days through our carrier USPS(United States Postal Service) once shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE to notify us and cover the cost to reship the package.

Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We want to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays through our instagram(@WhatMattersMostClothing) and/or email.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You can exchange your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment for a different size, or an item of equal value.
- They must be in original condition with tags
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for exchange?
- There are no charges for an exchange
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and also making sure the shipping label is designated to our correct address for returns
*If there was an error on our end, we will cover return shipping costs.
*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUND POLICY
You can request a full refund for any order before it starts the shipping process. Please email us at Whatmattersmostclothing@gmail.com with your name, order number, and refund request if you would like to cancel an order.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
We also have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size, or a different item of equal or lesser value.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, you'll have to create a shipping label to return your item and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it correct for you.
